A sharing group is meeting people interested in their inner growth, being inspired, drinking tea, having fun - and possibly, changing one's life completely. The method is to share, quite simply, with each other what is happening inside: emotions, thoughts, feelings etc. It is sharing the most honest truth that one is capable of in each moment. It is an opportunity to look at any automatic patterns of behavior and to start to see beyond them. Sharing groups can be an exciting, challenging and liberating experience. And anyway, there's the tea and good company...

Groups meet weekly in someone's home and there is no fee involved. Should many more than eight people show up, it is likely that the group will form two smaller groups.
